These are Windows binaries of LuaSQLite3 0.9.1 linked with
SQLite 3.7.17 (static) and Lua 5.1 (dynamic: lua51.dll).

The source code is available on their respective web sites

It was built with the MSVC 2010 compiler and uses the dynamic Visual C++ 2010
runtime libraries. Installers for the runtime libraries can be acquired from
the Microsoft web site.
